What DocketPos is

DocketPos is software that lets a restaurant take orders. The restaurant, not DocketPos, sells you the food, sets the prices, and is responsible for the order.

Placing an order

An order is a request to the restaurant; the restaurant may accept or reject it. Prices, taxes, delivery fees and any card fee are shown before you pay.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Cash orders are paid to the restaurant directly.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds are the restaurant’s decision; contact the restaurant. DocketPos processes a refund only at the restaurant’s instruction.

Delivery

Delivery availability, radius, minimum order and fees are set by the restaurant. Distance-based fees are estimates.

Order-status messages

By giving a phone number you agree to receive order-status texts; reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use

No automated ordering, scraping, probing, or interfering with the service.

Service availability

Provided as-is; no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability
